Our services include, but are not limited to, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing/pressure washing, and seasonal services such as Christmas light installation, offered to residential and commercial customers within our service area.

  • All bookings, quotes, and appointments are subject to confirmation and availability.

  • Prices provided are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final charges may vary based on the condition, accessibility, and scope of work upon arrival.

  • By scheduling services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property.

  • You acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety hazards, or property conditions, may affect the timing, scope, or pricing of services.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and work with you to find an alternative time.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due as outlined on your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of services.

  • We accept the payment methods specified on our website or invoices.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, suspension of future services, or additional collection actions as permitted by applicable law.

  • Returned payments may be subject to a returned payment fee.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website or quote form, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Pure Drip Window Cleaning regarding appointments, quotes, follow-ups, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all areas requiring service, including clearing driveways, walkways, vehicles, pets, and other hazards prior to our arrival.

  • Customers must disclose any known property conditions that may affect service, including fragile materials, structural concerns, or security systems.

  • Failure to provide safe access or accurate information may result in rescheduling, additional charges, or cancellation of services.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

We are committed to providing safe and professional services. However:

  • We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or structural weaknesses, including but not limited to aged or improperly installed windows, deteriorated roofing or gutter materials, loose fixtures, or pre-existing cracks or chips.

  • By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Our website, including its text, images, branding, logos, and design, is the property of Pure Drip Window Cleaning and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
